 Description

• Acorn-1 is very similar to PopCorn-1. It is so similar that given the choice, I'd choose PopCorn-1 over this design. Ok, so then why designed this one ? It actually was a class project.
• Architecturally it is CISC, with somewhat minimmal instruction set.
• 16Kbyte of address space.
• Support 1 edge triggered interrupt.
• Fits nicely in one Altera 10K20 FPGA. You can even embed with code and enough variable RAM using the Altera's EAB (embbeded array block)
